Refunds and returns
We want you to have an unforgettable customer experience. If you need to return the product because it is faulty, we do not charge you for the return costs. However, if you have simply changed your mind and wish to cancel your order after delivery, you will be responsible for the shipping or collection costs.
The return window expires 14 days after final delivery. Items returned unlabeled or damaged are not eligible for a refund, the item will be returned to you. We will process your refund within 7 business days of receiving your returned items, but it may take an additional 2-5 business days for a refund to appear in your bank account, depending on your bank.
